Now a days people are facing to many problems in relationship however Couples Yoga or Partner Yoga, in this practice two people help to each other through assisted poses.

In a simple way we can say Couples Yoga, or Partner Yoga is a practice in which two people support each other in Asana in a way that improve posture and builds trust and communication.

Practicing  with a Partner provides balance in a pose while establishing and maintaining proper body alignment.

Partner Yoga helps to enhance yoga posture without any pain. One partner's body weight can be used to increase the strentgh of the other partner. Improves alignment, balance and posture. 

In Couples Yoga partner serves you like a mirror, to help you with proper alignment, balance and concentration.
